We do not offer returns on any products once delivered.

Exchange Available Within 3 Days

Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference issues
  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery

How to Place an Exchange Request

Step 1: Select Exchange Method

  • Go to My Orders
  • Open Order Details
  • Click on Exchange
  • Choose your preferred exchange method

Step 2: Submit Exchange Request

  • Upload clear product images
  • Share unboxing video as proof
  • Select replacement product or same variant
  • Complete payment if there is any positive balance amount

Step 3: Product Pickup

  • Pickup will be scheduled only if the product is found in original condition
  • Product must include original tags and packaging

Step 4: Exchange Processing

  • Replacement product will be shipped after successful pickup verification
  • Any eligible refund difference will be processed after delivery of exchanged product
  • No refund or exchange will be provided if the returned item fails quality checks
